Your New Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional, ensuring a seamless user journey.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in UI/UX design are a bonus.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
• Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, and usability testing plans.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Required:

• 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Hands-on experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience in the not-for-profit sector or with healthcare-related projects.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
