Job Description: What you will do Responsible for leading and coaching Operational Excellence practices for all DGN Operations departments in order to drive business impact while instilling a culture of continuous improvement. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. How You will do it Coach and mentor operational excellence and change management for business teams to instill a culture of Lean, problem solving, and continuous improvement, including training, and representing Payments in cross functional Operational Excellence meetings Lead and report on cross functional process design sessions to identify and resolve gaps, risks, variation, and cycle time Create and maintain balanced scorecards and metrics, including coaching leaders and teams on identification and measuring leading indicators Identify system automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk, including metric gathering and project requests Qualifications you will need The Basics Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related. 6+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Technology, Lean/Six Sigma, Risk Management, or related 2+ years Fluent in Blueworks Live or similar process mapping tool In lieu of education, 8+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Technology, Lean/Six Sigma, Risk Management, or related Physical and Cognitive Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
