Job Description & RequirementsAllied Position Job Notes:
\n\nTravel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:
\nRadiation Therapist
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Monday through Friday schedule with start time at 7:30 AM to approximately 4:00-4:30 PM
\n• Treat approximately 45-55 patients per day on 2 linear accelerators
\n• Work with 2 radiation therapists per machine
\n• Operate 2 TrueBeam linear accelerators, 1 GE CT Sim, and Elekta HDR equipment
\n• Use ARIA documentation system for patient records
\n• Perform advanced procedures including VMAT, SBRT, and surface guidance treatments
\n• Must have minimum 3 years of TrueBeam experience
\n• Required experience with Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance system
\n• ARIA system experience required
\n• Advanced skills needed in DIBH (Deep Inspiration Breath Hold) techniques
\n• AART certification required
\n• Dress code requires Caribbean blue scrubs
\n• Maintain high patient experience standards with Press Ganey scores around 95%

The facility maintains multiple accreditations including ACR for radiation oncology, Commission on Cancer, and NAPBC accreditation. The department is staffed with a multidisciplinary team including front desk staff, registered nurses, radiation therapists, dosimetrists, physicists, dietitians, social workers, and experienced leadership, ensuring comprehensive patient care and support throughout treatment.
