The most qualified candidate will have:

· Advanced level application development skillsets including Analysis and Development within Microsoft .Net Framework.

· Coding experience in .Net framework, VB.Net, MVC including C#, JavaScript and Bootstrap.

· Experience applying Object Oriented Design.

· Experience applying Standard Security methods to custom applications.

· Experience in SSRS/Power BI for developing reports.

· Experience creating web API’s.

· Experience coding applications in Angular.

· Experience developing applications with Oracle backend databases including experience writing stored procedures and SQL.

· Experience working Azure DevOps including repositories, version control, and deployments.

· Experience working in Visual Studio.

· Experience following coding standards and best practices.

· Experience with testing tasks such as identifying test scenarios, test data setup, execution, and documenting test results.

· Experience utilizing the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and following IT Best Practices

· Experience resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

· Experience following Iterative/Agile/Scrum Methodologies for completing projects from Initiation through Implementation and Maintenance.

· Experience understanding defined requirements by identifying and implementing achievable solutions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including describing technical items to non-technical staff.

· Experience writing technical documentation.

· Collaborates and shares information with others and is a team player to ensure project success and business needs are met.

· Awareness of IT Infrastructure.

· Awareness of Accessibility requirements and custom application design solutions or standards to comply.

· Ability to meet project timelines.

· Ability to provide input into task estimates.

· Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills.

· Ability to work independently to conduct research and review application code to apply design, coding and testing principles.

· Excellent customer service

· Good interpersonal skills.
