Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting warm calls to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to effectively utilize software tools such as Salesforce. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy engaging with customers, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule  Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm

Payrate $18hr

Duties

• Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
• Follow up on orders placed
• Set appointments for an Account Executive to visit
• Communicate effectively with potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using Excel.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using software tools, particularly Excel, for tracking customer interactions.
• Ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
