We are seeking to develop a dynamic Systems Integrator for our team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in designing and implementing lighting and AV systems. The candidate should also have a passion for team growth, training, collaboration, and business development. As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead projects, manage a team of technicians, foster collaboration, and contribute to the growth of our business through client engagement and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead and manage lighting, rigging, and audiovisual design + build projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
2. Systems Integration: Design, install, and integrate cutting-edge lighting, rigging, and audiovisual systems, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
3. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members, encouraging cross-functional learning and the exchange of ideas to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
4. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and objectives, and provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to translate their vision into reality. Cultivate strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that all installed systems meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain the integrity and reliability of lighting, rigging, and AV systems.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schematics, manuals, and reports, to facilitate effective project management, troubleshooting, and future maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

• PMP, Audiovisual Technology, Theater Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, installing, and integrating lighting, rigging, and AV systems for diverse applications. (preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills, with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines, and a willingness to travel as needed.
