We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in multi-disciplinary environments to design and develop advanced digital signal processing (DSP) and communications systems. This is a mission-critical role where you’ll collaborate with elite engineers, mathematicians, and computer scientists to build reusable software frameworks that power state-of-the-art SIGINT platforms.
You'll work in a high-impact environment with direct interaction with end users, contributing to real-world systems that matter.
Develop and maintain complex software frameworks supporting SIGINT systems.
Design and optimize multi-threaded C/C++ code in a Linux environment.
Contribute to GUI development, database integration, hardware control, and signal/image processing algorithms.
Create modular, reusable libraries and software toolkits.
Collaborate with a remote team across disciplines.
Ensure high-quality software through disciplined development, documentation, and testing practices.
Interface directly with classified end-users to iterate on mission solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in system development and deployment.
Expert-level C/C++ development in Linux environments.
Strong experience with reusable software framework/toolkit design.
Solid background in mathematics and analytical problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with the MIDAS or X-MIDAS framework and Python.
Previous experience working in a classified setting.
U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
Experience with:
SIGINT system support and geolocation technologies.
Digital signal processing (DSP) in classified applications.
REDHAWK framework for SDR development.
GUI development using Java and Qt.
Existing Top Secret Clearance strongly preferred.
