Job Description

TrueCare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team under the direction of the Public Information and Philanthropy Officer. This pivotal role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms to elevate TrueCare’s online presence and reinforce its reputation. The Social Media Manager will drive brand awareness, enhance engagement, and support organizational objectives through expertly crafted content, performance analysis, and collaborative partnerships.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to staying current with digital trends. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging across both traditional and digital channels, while also contributing to the creation of promotional materials such as newsletters, graphics, and video content.

What You'll Do:
  • Content Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative, brand-aligned social media strategies to effectively engage patients, staff, and the community.
  • Content Creation and Distribution: Create, edit, and distribute high-quality content—including posts, blogs, web pages, email campaigns, video scripts, advertisements, and newsletters—for both public and internal audiences, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Visual Storytelling: Partner with the creative team to produce impactful visuals, videos, and graphics that align with TrueCare’s mission and resonate with target audiences.
  • Platform Oversight: Manage all social media accounts, overseeing content scheduling, posting, and performance monitoring to optimize reach and engagement, while staying informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics, delivering monthly reports with actionable insights to refine and enhance strategies.
  • Industry Awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and communication developments to ensure TrueCare remains a leader in its field; take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Community Management: Collaborate with the Patient Retention and Quality Departments to address reviews and public interactions, fostering a positive online community.
  • Brand Integrity: Uphold TrueCare’s voice, mission, and brand guidelines across all social media content and communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison for social media initiatives, working with marketing, clinical, and community outreach teams, as well as external agencies and media outlets, to support organizational priorities and maintain a cohesive digital presence.
  • Reputation Management: Proactively monitor social media channels for potential issues, responding promptly to protect and enhance TrueCare’s reputation.

Why You’ll Love This Role:
You’ll be at the heart of TrueCare’s mission, using your skills to promote a brand that’s making a difference. This is a chance to blend creativity with strategy, work with a passionate team, and stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of social media.
