Duties & Responsibilities:

• Confirming all details with clients the week prior to project start date
• Ordering all materials as needed
• Maintaining a balanced budget on each project
• Performing Mid-Project Inspections and providing daily project updates to clients
• Training, developing and building relationships with our crews who perform the work
• Serving as the customer service liaison between crew and clients
• Recruit and develop new crews
• Presenting finished project to homeowner and collecting payment
• Growing a territory through leads, referrals and positive online reviews

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 average first year, $100,000 - $150,000 second year

What You Bring To The Team:

• Possess and deliver our Core Values - you must align with what sets Vivax Pros ahead of the competition
• Enjoys working both with teams and autonomously
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to resolve to resolve issues and work with high-expectation customers
• Working knowledge of Excel and Web based applications
• Proficient math skills
• BA/BS preferred but NOT required; High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be appropriately insured
• Previous construction experience or knowledge not required
