What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for multiple projects
• Work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate timelines and milestones
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to prevent delays
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and develop proactive solutions
• Utilize scheduling software to track and report on project timelines and deadlines
• Ensure all scheduling aligns with project budgets, contracts, and client expectations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler in commercial construction

• Strong proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency
