Full Time Role : IN-OFFICE

Multiple Roles Available , salary exp: from $85k-$140k comensurate with experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect to join the team and lead the execution of corporate interior and architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of architectural design principles and project management methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, designing financial headquarters, office spaces for tenant improvements, amenities and lobby areas in high-rise buildings, wellness centers, commercial gyms, and sports stadiums including their business centres and hospitality areas. The role involves large and small-scale space planning, collaborating directly with clients to bring their vision to life and guiding them through the design process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and commercial architectural projects from initial concept through construction and final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to effectively manage project scope, timeline, and costs.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture OR Interior Design
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the architectural design industry, with a focus on corporate, commercial projects .
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building codes and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project or Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Revit, AutoCAD, AdobeCS, Rhino, Procore.
