Our client, a leader in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join their team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be part of the field operations team supporting various agricultural activities. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to changing outdoor conditions, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Assist in planting, pollinating, harvesting, and other field activities related to crops and fields.
• Operate farming equipment 
• Support the maintenance and improvement of the farms and assets.
• Adhere to all safety policies and participate in regular safety meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift weights over 25lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to read and write in English to understand task and safety instructions.
• Experience in outdoor work and ability to adapt to various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work extended hours or shifts during peak seasons.
• Team player with the ability to take direction from supervisors.
