Due to surging demand from our premier telecommunications client, we need a Sales Enrollment Agent with an unrelenting work ethic, a tenacious attitude, and a reputation as a dependable team player. The Sales Enrollment Agent is key to achieving new customer acquisition targets through the execution of our residential sales campaigns. Your primary mission is to expertly guide prospective customers through the sales process and help them enroll in high-demand internet, TV, and phone plans.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Enrollment Agent:

  • Customer Acquisition: Interact directly with customers via residential sales campaigns to aggressively drive and achieve new customer acquisition targets.
  • Relationship Selling: Establish genuine, lasting relationships with customers, quickly identify their needs and pain points, and clearly articulate the unique value and benefits of our telecommunications products and services.
  • Closing & Enrollment: Confidently close sales and facilitate a smooth enrollment process by accurately completing orders using CRM software.
  • Growth Driver: Proactively promote and upsell premium services to maximize customer value and achieve superior sales growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Meticulously track sales metrics and report directly to Senior Managers to ensure personal success and continuous improvement.
  • Industry Expertise: Remain current with all changes in pricing, product offerings, and company policies.
  • Brand Ambassador: Professionally represent the company and the telecommunications brand at all times as a top Sales Enrollment Agent.
