The Supply Chain Delivery Execution Manager will be a key member of the upstream supply chain team, managing the connection points between our vendors, our warehouse network, and our project sites across the country. This role will lead the coordination and management of equipment delivery for projects. Collaborating closely with suppliers, internal teams, and on-site personnel, this role is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery, accurate tracking, and resolution of any logistical issues related to equipment procurement. This role is critical in ensuring project success by effectively managing the logistics of equipment delivery and allocation. Essential duties include evaluating incoming shipments to determine equipment routing, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, ensuring accurate tracking of shipments, tracking shipments and communicating updates, resolving delivery issues, supporting shipping guidance process management, coordinating with onsite teams to understand equipment needs, identifying risks and potential delays, assisting senior leadership in equipment allocation adjustments, coordinating business process documentation and improvements, and establishing business metrics and reports to monitor and improve equipment delivery. Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field, five or more years’ experience in supply chain management with a focus on allocations, experience in project management, logistics, or supply chain management focusing on inbound operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet. Preferred qualifications include experience or familiarity with data center design and construction. The role requires strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
