This range is provided by Wedgewood Weddings & Events. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $81,000.00/yr

Overview

GENERAL MANAGER IN TRAINING opportunities available now! We are seeking hospitable, organized, self-starters to join our Management Development Program. Within 6–12 months, you could be managing a wedding venue. Our training covers hosting events, food logistics, staff scheduling, revenue planning, and vendor partnerships. You will learn to delight clients, satisfy guests, and motivate your team.

We provide ongoing support from our General Manager network, dedicated training group, and centralized departments. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, growth, and making people smile. Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, hotel, or event venue).
  • Enjoy working with people and providing excellent service.
  • Leadership skills: delegation, teaching, coaching, accountability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $75,000-$81,000

Quarterly Bonus: $2,300

Training Bonus: $5,000
