Video Production Assistant

• 40 hours per week
• On-site position
• 12 month contract
• Seeking associate level candidates

We’re seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Video Production Assistant to support our in-house multimedia team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn the ins and outs of professional video production -- from pre-production planning to post-production editing.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist on video shoots: setup, teardown, lighting, audio, and camera operation
• Help organize and prepare gear, props, and other shoot materials
• Support the post-production process: media transfers, basic edits, logging footage
• Maintain media libraries and digital assets
• Work closely with producers, editors, and other creatives to bring stories to life

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in video production and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software
• Comfortable working on set and taking direction
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Bonus: familiarity with cameras, lighting, and audio gear
