We are open to Veterinarians\nof all experience levels. If you are a new graduate, we offer mentorship at the\nhospital level as well as one-on-one training with our mentor veterinarian via\na specialized 12-month formal mentorship program. At Dover you can\nexpect a diverse medical and surgical caseload, so you’ll never be bored!
*EXTERNSHIPS* - We offer\nexternships with a travel stipend (Monetary details provided upon applying).\nHousing is also available at our MDVM Dr. Rubey’s residence where you will have\nyour own floor all to yourself!
Compensation:
Benefits include a 4-day work week with bi-weekly Saturdays, health coverage, 401(K) plan, and CE days. No on call or after hour requirement.
