Two Rock Union School District - Superintendent/Principal Position Overview: The Superintendent/Principal is the highly visible instructional leader of the school, responsible for ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. They are expected to foster a collaborative culture involving parents and staff. The successful candidate will: Promote the District’s commitment to academic excellence, arts education, environmental stewardship, and life skills development. Ensure effective implementation of the California Common Core State Standards. Develop and execute the Local Control Accountability Plan. Provide fiscal oversight of the District Budget and Local Control Funding Formula. Inspire and lead staff in developing and maintaining high-quality instructional programs. Maintain transparency, openness, and integrity within the school community. Foster positive relations with community organizations and government agencies.
