Job Responsibilities: 

  • validating information passed to TRG proprietary system to open orders and enter data into the system
  • generating title commitments to ensure each document is accurate and consistent with the current information reflected in the public land records (the abstract)
  • the overall of creation a title report or title commitment.

Minimum Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • A minimum of two years of Title Examining/Curative or policy commitment experience required,
  • The ability to read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps and surveys required. 
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with customers, lenders, peers, underwriting staff and vendors. 
  • Attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to make insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines. 
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
