TELEVISION PRODUCER Signal Advisors is looking for a driven, adept Television Producer to join our Signal Media team, pioneers in the independent financial advisor industry. You will be responsible for everything production- strategic planning, conceptualization, writing, coordinating television shoots with talent and clients to shooting to post-production and editing. Your work will encompass a wide range of television content, including thirty minute and one hours shows, segments and commercials.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO - Own and manage Television production for Signal Media
- Collaborate with different verticals at Signal, encompassing writers, designers, marketing strategists, and Advisor Success, ensuring alignment with our overall brand identity and messaging
- Tell a compelling story and possess the ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging, relatable, visual narratives that resonate with our target audience
- Track and evaluate direct response for our creative television content
- Teach and consult with financial advisors regarding how to best appear and deliver messaging to generate audience response
- Manage multiple television projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN TEAM MEMBERS Executer We're currently building out many new initiatives and programs. You'll need to quickly ramp up and start executing. We talk a lot about strategy and high-level ideas, and you should be able to independently translate ideas into action, dig into the details, and make progress toward our team's goals.
Storyteller You translate complex concepts, data, and problems from various sources into a compelling, concise, and actionable story. You'll need to effectively communicate with and influence a wide range of stakeholders with your storytelling capabilities.
Project Manager You are able to skillfully manage competing priorities and breakdown high-level goals into more bite-size, achievable actions with a high-organized approach.
Customer Centric You're obsessed with creating an unparalleled customer experience. You lead with compassion, anticipate customer needs and wants, and bring ease and calm to all interactions-knowing every customer interaction is an opportunity to amaze.

WHAT YOU HAVE - Expertise in Television Production of shows, segments and commercials
- You will have a strong command of television, writing, set and location shooting, production equipment and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
- Experience with coaching and managing television on-air talent
- Financial Services Industry Knowledge preferred

SIGNAL HUBS Signal Advisors is a remote company with team members all across the country. Over the years, we've realized the benefits and limitations of being fully remote. In order to foster culture and innovation that best serves our customers, a portion of our team is hybrid depending on their location. For this role, we require team members to be physically located in Detroit, or surrounding suburbs, or near one of our "Signal Hubs" across the US.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
