Experienced with a variety of technology on Linux platform Ability to pick up new technology quickly Ability to draw on multiple technologies to make them work together Experience with HTML, PHP, MySQL, Linux Excellent rapport with customers (in person or over phone) Some travel (up to 10%) Contributing to product offering (innovating) Preferable: Experience with data conversion (numerical, textual) Description This systems integrator works on a variety of tasks:contributing to the development of the product offering,working with customers to convert their large data sets into our environment,and integrating technology to create the product delivery platform.Product development will involve gathering and analyzing information, (auto-generating) configuration files, and occasional coding/scripting.Working with customers involves setting up the customer's product environment, converting customer data to product platform format, teaching/training customer on use of product, and product support (2nd tier).Creating the product delivery platform will require the integration of web servers, application servers, database servers, and other servers in a virtual server environment with load balancers - distributed between the customer site, Cloud services, and in-house.This person works closely with the CTO (product architect) and software engineers.
