Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory control, and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic planning, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
• Oversee logistics, including shipping, transportation, and warehousing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure availability of materials and products.
• Analyze supply chain data and identify areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline supply chain processes.
• Utilize ERP and other supply chain management tools to track and optimize operations.
• Report key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or CPSM).
• Experience with international supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Work Environment:

• This role may require occasional travel to supplier sites and company locations.
• Work is typically performed in an office setting with occasional visits to warehouses or production facilities.
