The Manager roles at Ritual Hot Yoga are among the most highly-compensated and autonomous in the industry. Managers inspire communities of students and empower communities of teachers. They are responsible for all aspects of maintaining and continually elevating a vibrant luxury studio. From spearheading budgets, to ensuring high quality classes, to developing and implementing member recruitment and retention strategies, the managerial-level positions at Ritual are about leading towards continued growth and celebrating in-the-moment successes.
Qualified applicants will have prior team leadership experience, including training and providing feedback to team members; 200 Hour RYS Teaching Certification; excellent communication skills; a strong desire to lead within the Ritual culture. Budgeting, bookkeeping, and marketing experience will be considered, but are not necessary prerequisites. Don’t just join the revolution. Help lead the revolution.
