Allina Health Restorative Suites   is hiring a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.  We offer a collaborative culture, opportunities to grow your career and much more!

As the Staffing Coordinator at Allina Health Restorative Suites you will play a key part in supporting our nursing team by managing daily and long-term schedules, coordinating shift coverage, and ensuring adequate staffing for quality resident care. 

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Wage Range: $27 - $31 / hour depending on experience

Staffing Coordinator responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
• Interview candidates for open CNA positions.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees.
• Track continuing educational programs for staff.
• Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
• Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.
• Stock memory care units and care suites with supplies each week.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Staffing Coordinator skills and requirements:

• 1-2 years prior staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred.
• Must have flexibility in scheduling including on-call hours.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent customer service skills.
