• The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and fostering relationships with hiring managers and external staffing agencies.
• This role involves guiding senior executives in hiring decisions, managing the offer process, and expanding campus recruitment efforts.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience working with senior executives and providing strategic hiring guidance.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to assess and pivot based on hiring needs.
• Extensive background in creative industries and a deep understanding of the business.
• Established network within creative agencies to source top talent.
• Experience collaborating with and managing external staffing agencies.
• Ability to build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in executive-level hiring and talent strategy.
• Background in campus recruitment and early career hiring programs.
• Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and improve processes.
