JOB SUMMARY : The Specialty Room Chef-Mexican will be responsible for creating and executing authentic Mexican dishes that delight our guests. This role involves overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Mexican culinary traditions and a creative approach to menu development.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS : Proven experience as a chef specializing in Mexican cuisine. Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Mexican cooking techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Creative and innovative approach to menu development. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires excellent leadership and motivational skills. Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : - Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Employees may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, gowns, coats, boots, goggles, gloves, or shields.
