Step into the engaging role of a Technology Solutions Consultant, where your nuanced understanding of smart components will shine. You will play a pivotal role in bridging our innovative products with customer needs, providing technical support in pre-sales activities within a designated region. Collaborate closely with our sales team and engage with clients directly, leveraging your in-depth application, product, industry, and solution expertise. This position will have you reporting to our Technology Consultant Manager, with a predominant focus on in-person interactions in beautiful Massachusetts.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer engagement and introduce our advanced product range to both new and existing customers, spotlighting technological advancements tailored to industry-specific applications.
• Enchant potential clients through your presence at trade shows and seminars, offering live demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
• Empower our market entries and partners, such as distributors and system integrators, by endorsing the inherent value within our evolving technology lines.
• Assist our Technical Support division by addressing post-sales concerns and fine-tuning customer experiences.
• Offer precise technical guidance, ensuring product compatibility and providing architectural solution support.
• Use your specialized expertise as a fountain of knowledge for internal partners and external clients regarding our products and services.
• Cultivate robust networks within the business realm to tap into market intelligence, spotting trend shifts and potential growth avenues.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid driver’s license with a willingness to travel locally 50% of the time.

Preferred Expertise:

• Educational background in engineering or a related technical field.
• A robust experience of 5+ years in technical product sales.
• Familiarity with outcome-based selling methodologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of strategic industry trends.
• Proficient technical know-how in controllers, network solutions, including ethernet, safety sensing systems and motor control technologies.
