Lead Technician / Service Manager - HVAC
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary: $115,000 + 10% Bonus + Bens
My client is a family-owned full-service commercial HVAC contractor with a great reputation upheld over their 50 year history, and they are currently shortlisting for a HVAC Construction Manager / Service Manager to join their esteemed South Florida HVAC Production Team.
You’ll be managing multiple HVAC construction projects across the Tri-County region working closely with our team of 30+ HVAC Technicians overseeing workload, planning schedules, setting production goals, managing project logistics and tracking project progress. Throughout the projects you will be required to resolve any on-site issues or needs that arise and naturally look to always complete projects on time and within budget.
You will ideally have 5 years commercial experience within a mechanical contractor as a HVAC Technician/Engineer and have progressed into a Construction Management or Lead role.
