Job Description

As a Subcontracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and administering subcontract agreements for the procurement of goods and services essential to the execution of Data Center projects. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth contract administration and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

$5000/mo Per Diem available for non-local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subcontract Management:
  • Administer subcontract agreements, ensuring timely execution and compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination:
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods and services, including coordinating schedules and resolving issues.
  • Contract Negotiation and Execution:
  • Review and negotiate terms and conditions with subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project specifications.
  • Cost Control:
  • Monitor subcontractor performance against agreed terms, ensuring cost control, avoiding scope creep, and minimizing risk to budget.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation. Prepare and maintain reports related to subcontractor performance, progress, and financial status.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure that subcontractors comply with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontracting and procurement.
  • Dispute Resolution:
  • Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to subcontractor performance, contractual obligations, or deliverables.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
