As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents through regular visible patrols and attentive observation. What You\'ll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities and/or security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance. Must be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
