What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and maintain order; working environments may vary by location. Observe and report any unusual activity or situations that may arise during patrols and/or while on post. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide assistance as needed. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency responders as directed during emergency situations or drills. Minimum Requirements Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
