Job Title: Promoter – Distribution/Kitchen & Bath Showrooms

Location: Beltsville, MD

Pay: $60-70k+ per year + Quarterly Bonus $1,000-$2,000.

Schedule: Full-time, Rotating Saturdays Included

Travel: 70-90%, no overnight (company van and gas card provided)

They’re looking for an energetic and driven Promoter to join their field sales team, where you’ll play a crucial role in promoting their brands and product lines throughout the region.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Engage with business owners, fabricators, and design studio decision-makers to promote the brand
• Qualify and evaluate showroom opportunities to enhance client displays and marketing efforts
• Conduct regular product knowledge sessions, educating retail partners on the latest innovations
• Maintain and update customer information to optimize service and sales efforts
• Install and maintain product displays, ensuring all marketing materials and samples are present and up-to-date
• Assist with deliveries, sample collection, and showroom display assembly

What You Need to Succeed:

• EXCEPTIONAL organizational and planning skills
• Confident in engaging with clients, and comfortable working in both field and branch environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service mindset
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other client-focused roles is a plus
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work occasional weekends
