Job Description
We are a Commercial Painting Company seeking a Safety, Security Manager to join our team in Warrenton, Va. As a Safety, Security Manager, you will be responsible for
developing, implementing, overseeing comprehensive Safety programs and Security Documents for all employees and Subcontractors.
Positions Requirements:
· Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
· Design and implement effective safety programs, safety plans, and job hazard analyses (AHA; JHA)
· Issue Technical and Safety Documents to the General Contractors.
· Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.
· Lead safety meetings and training sessions to educate employees on safety practices and OSHA regulations.
· Monitor safety compliance and report safety issues and progress to upper management.
· Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
· Collaborate with department heads and project managers to integrate safety protocols into for all operations.
· Maintain accurate safety records, logs, and documentation as required by company policy and regulatory agencies.
· Oversee the safety performance of subcontractors and contractors on-site.
· Stay current with changes in safety regulations and industry best practices, updating company policies accordingly.
· Initiate & Maintain Security Documents required for Project Access.
· Assist in Project Management activities.
Qualifications:
· OSHA 30 hour
· Good Driving Record
· Training available for the right Candidate. Experience is a plus.
