Overview:
Waterford Wine & Spirits is looking for dedicated and motivated Retail Store Employees to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and contributing to a welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and assist with wine tastings and education.
• Support with stocking, organizing products, and inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-displayed.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with store events, promotions, and wine tastings.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience, preferably in wine or spirits.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Basic knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
