Role Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, providing expert product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, assist customers in finding the right products, and contribute to the overall success of our store. This role requires someone who is customer-focused, energetic, and eager to contribute to a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and returns.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring shelves and displays are stocked and visually appealing.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and encouraging customer loyalty.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking products.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure store goals are met and the best possible service is provided.
• Assist with in-store promotions and events as needed.
