Handle password reset requests and respond to email promptly. COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma required. Willingness to learn. Ability to multitask. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office applications, and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude.
