The College of Integrated Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater seeks a Recruiter (Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator II, AE084).
JOB DETAILS:
Plans, develops, coordinates, manages, and executes the recruitment and admissions process in alignment with the institution's strategic goals. Represents the institution to prospective students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. May supervise staff and/or lead a program area.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications: Experience in higher education
Experience is sales, marketing, or outreach
Experience utilizing a CRM
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Willingness and Ability to be an active participant in following applicable safety rules and regulations including necessary training drills
Ability to interact respectfully with people from diverse socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Responsibilities:
Counsels prospective and admitted students on educational planning and career opportunities
Serves as initial point of contact for students
Reviews, evaluates, and responds to student applications in coordination with the admissions department.
Identifies opportunities for and develops admissions and outreach events
Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the Institution
Evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement
Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals
Delivers directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences
Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission
Engages in extensive outreach and recruitment events, representing the university to prospective students
May supervise staff and/or lead a program area
Assist with SLATE campaigns
Organize and deliver group presentations and tours
Serves as member of solution center staff providing cross-trained coverage as needed

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary commensurate with the candidate's education, related experience, and qualifications.
