Project Manager (Federal - Airport - Schools +50M) - West Palm Beach Your company You'll be part of an over-40-year-history construction general contractor firm with offices in the West Palm Beach area, and projects in South Florida and the US.
Specialized in Commercial, Civic, Public, Federal, Educational, Mid-Rise Mixed Use projects over 100M.
Responsibilities Support the Director in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.
Manage expectations, commitments and day-to-day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.
Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.
Support payment applications, change orders, requests for information, permits etc.
Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues.
Qualifications B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
10-20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Federal, Public, Schools - K12 Projects.
Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.
Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.
