Responsibilities Lead and manage all project operations to ensure alignment with contract objectives and client requirements Organize, direct, and supervise a team of contractor support personnel working on interrelated tasks Establish and maintain effective client interface at senior levels within the GAO organization Develop, implement, and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables Oversee technical and financial reporting, providing regular status updates to management and the client Ensure conformance with program task schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed Resolve issues related to overall contract performance and operational challenges Prepare, review, and deliver project management plans, monthly progress reports, and meeting summaries Coordinate and deliver on-the-job and periodic training for project team members Ensure quality assurance and compliance with applicable federal guidelines and internal policies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline Minimum of 8 years of experience performing program and project management support services At least 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing project teams Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with federal personnel Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience managing records and information management projects within a federal agency environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint Experience interpreting and applying federal records management regulations and standards (e.g., NARA, Federal Records Act) Benefits At Metrics LLC, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
