Key Responsibilities:

• Follow production drawings, instructions, and specifications
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform hands-on assembly and production tasks
• Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy in work
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Participate in training and skill development as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Hands-on manufacturing experience preferred; mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Strong work history and reliability
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and read production drawings
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug test and background check
