SUMMARY

**This is an in-person role, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico**

As a Product Manager at NICOR LLC in Albuquerque, NM, you will be at the helm of product innovation, utilizing market insights and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with various departments, conducting training sessions, and overseeing product lifecycle management will be your core responsibilities, all aimed at meeting market demands successfully. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Product Development & Strategy

  • Drive research, development, execution, and profitability for the residential, industrial and commercial lighting portfolio.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure competitive and market-driven product offerings in the lighting industry.
  • Identify market trends and conduct competitive analysis to uncover gaps and opportunities.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, from inception to end-of-life.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and commercialization efforts.
  • Ensure accurate and competitive pricing across product categories.

Market & Compliance Analysis

  • Stay updated on compliance requirements (UL/ETL and other testing) and streamline processes in collaboration with NICOR LLC.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to support product positioning.
  • Research and promote product sustainability methodologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work alongside the Director of Product Development and other internal teams to meet market demands.
  • Partner with supply chain teams for phase-in/phase-out analysis.
  • Lead training sessions and provide product insights to sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate on strategy and business plans to align with company goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the lighting industry required.
  • Strong understanding of ROI, supply chain processes, and product development lifecycles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive research, innovation, and execution while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
