Full-time Oral Surgeon Opportunity in Southern Oregon. Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus!

• GD Klamath Falls - 2650 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR 97603
• GD Ashland - 1661 Siskiyou Blvd, Ashland, OR 97520

Position Qualifications:

• Oral Surgery Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
