Job Description

We provide our customers with web order entry, continuous cold chain management and peace of mind when it comes to food safety. We work every day to drive consistency in the areas most important to our customers: Customer Service, Quality, Food Safety, Reporting, Technology.

Duties:

• Locate and select the specific warehouse items to fulfill the customer’s order
• Perform visual inspections of orders to ensure accuracy according to quantity, size, etc.
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
• Maintain equipment and report on equipment malfunctions
• Comply with all applicable OSHA and Food Safety regulations
• Keep warehouse clean from debris and organized

Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:

• Speak and write English satisfactorily.
• Valid identification or driver’s license (if appropriate)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Active listening skills

Physical Demands:

• Stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time

Compensation:

• Night Shift hourly rate $18

Work Schedule:

• Night shift - 8pm-10pm start time depending on the day.
• Must be available all days per week. Five days scheduled with two off days weekly.
