Job Description

Actively seeking Legal Risk Analyst for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position . The position is great for a candidate who has prior Financial, Legal, or Legislative interships or experience, and is looking to build within the Legal Analyst and Compliance space within a law firm. I encourage potential paralegal candidates who might be interested to apply as well.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Financial District

PAY: $72 - $75K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• Ability to learn quickly; multi-task, understand a diverse array of Firm systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word is REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce and analyze data
• Review and analyze outside counsel guidelines and engagement contracts
• Work with the Associate General Counsel and Risk Attorneys to provide responses to client questionnaires and requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Assist with the audit letter inquiry process
• Provide support to firm employees in connection with insider lists, legal holds, firewalls, statistical reports and other projects
