As a successful Customer Service Crew Member, you will:

• Greet and engage guests positively.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
• Collaborate effectively with our Delivery Partners.
• Ensure cleanliness by performing general cleaning tasks, such as wiping tables and washing dishes.

As a Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member, you will:

• Assist guests by answering questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items with care.
• Restock products and maintain workstations.
• Utilize various food preparation equipment efficiently.
• Ensure a clean workspace by completing general cleaning tasks, including washing dishes and sweeping the floors.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older. Previous experience is not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• A positive and friendly demeanor to get along well with coworkers and guests.
