Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience in Java Script Programming .
The ideal candidate will work from home during day shifts, contributing to our innovative projects and enhancing our technological capabilities.

Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain high-quality Java Script code to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure all development activities comply with established standards and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Document technical specifications and development processes for future reference.
Engage in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the deployment and monitoring of applications in production environments.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Java Script Programming with at least 6 years of hands-on experience .
Demonstrate proficiency in modern Java Script frameworks and libraries.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Show experience in automated testing and continuous integration practices.
Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
Display a commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
