This position will act as a primary customer interface for Enterprise Unified Communications systems at First Interstate BancSystems. This position will be responsible for centralized administration, remote administration, troubleshooting, and centralized scheduling of Unified Communication platforms, services, and events. Examples of UC voice, video, and collaboration systems currently include Avaya, Polycom, Skype, Cisco, Webex, Pexip, Cloud Services, and 3rd party audio conferencing. The position will require cross functional and professional coordination with IT infrastructure teams, IT application teams, and direct users. Essential duties include central and remote administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrade of enterprise UC systems; scheduling, coordination, and support of UC events; fulfilling customer requests for UC service needs including end user devices and peripherals; documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution; assisting with client projects; working closely with all areas of FIB support to ensure UC systems are running properly; staying abreast of technology needs and regulations; documenting procedures and guidelines; and may require working after hours. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or minimum three years’ experience in IT or Information Systems, relevant industry certifications, working knowledge or ability to learn PBX enterprise administration, Unified Communication Systems, enterprise networking, ability to schedule and support UC events, multitasking, problem solving, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, and strong communication skills.
