You will manage docketing and IP prosecution for client portfolios, coordinate patent prosecution tasks with clients and internal teams, prepare and circulate USPTO-related reports, draft and file patent applications and templates, review issued patents for errors, and maintain portfolio spreadsheets and IDS charts, ensuring all deadlines are met accurately. The ideal candidate is proficient in USPTO, PCT, and international patent rules, experienced with USPTO and ePCT filings, and skilled in managing IP docketing and secondary dockets.
