🎥 NOW HIRING: In-House Photo & Video Intern (3–6 Month Internship)

📍 San Jose, CA | On-site | Based on Academic Calendar

We’re seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our circular micro-factory in San Jose! As our Photo & Video Intern, you’ll capture the essence of our daily operations, bring our sustainability mission to life through visual storytelling, and help create original content for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. 

As an intern, you will assist in producing photo and video content for our marketing and educational materials. Daily tasks include shooting, editing, and organizing visual content, as well as collaborating with the marketing team. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, with some remote work options available.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Capture behind-the-scenes footage of our sustainable factory in action

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos and photos for social and web use

• Collaborate with our creative team on storytelling and campaign direction

• Post and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and the company website with our team.

• Problem-solve on the fly, work under creative deadlines, and adapt quickly

📸 Who You Are

• Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and editing tools (Adobe, CapCut, etc.)

• Love visual storytelling, sustainability, animals and mission-driven work

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Available to commute to our San Jose facility

Qualifications

• Photography and Videography skills
• Editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Creative storytelling and content creation abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A passion for sustainability and environmental advocacy
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Currently pursuing a degree in Media, Communications, or a related field
