Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead business immigration cases, particularly PERM's, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare and file H-1B, L-1, PERM, and employment-based green card petitions with USCIS.
Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and advise clients on best legal approaches.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service.
Manage and mentor paralegals and legal staff on case preparation and strategy.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business immigration law, with expertise in PERM's and employment-based petitions.
Business Immigration Attorney with 5+ years of expertise in PERM's and employment-based immigration cases
A proven track record, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to manage complex cases while ensuring compliance.
Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and provide strategic client guidance.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
